Foundation and waterproofing work in Oconomowoc Lake
Oconomowoc Lake is a small village of large lakefront homes, and the basements here are usually finished living space: media rooms, guest suites, wine storage, walkouts opening toward the water. When one of those spaces takes on water or a wall starts to crack, the stakes are high, and so are expectations about who comes into the house. The walkout side faces the lake and the back walls sit into the hill, so water pressure often builds on the buried walls while the lake side stays dry.
